HIG Construction, also known as The Home Improvement Guide Inc., was established in 2002 and is owned and operated by Ken Sherman. HIG Construction started with one mission in mind, “To play the client’s advocate at all times.”  The Home Improvement Guide Inc. is just that. They guide their clients through the construction process from start to finish. Their company motto is “Setting new standards for professionalism.” This way of doing business has led to working with multiple generations of families, clients who refer friends and family to HIG, and lasting relationships that speak of who they are.

We are unique in that we only build one house at a time. We work closely with our clients to develop budgets, designs, plans and timelines for their projects. The homes that we build reflect our client’s style and won’t be seen down the street. We pride ourselves on having a long history of completing projects on time and on budget!
